By submitting a booking request you are agreeing to our General Terms and Conditions described below.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read carefully the information below regarding the booking process
Step 1: E-mail Confirmation
After we receive your booking request we will check availability and send you an e-mail confirming whether the apartment is available. Attached will be a booking document that contains the address of the apartment with a map; the total cost, payment details, arrival/departure times, booking conditions and contact details. Please print out this attachment and bring it with you.
Step 2: Deposit Payment and Booking Confirmation
Please note an email confirmation, as described above, is not a booking confirmation. The email merely confirms the availability of accommodation. The booking will be guaranteed ONLY when we receive a 20% deposit payment (preferably via Paypal). You'll pay the rest (80% of the outstanding balance) upon arrival. No deposit is required for last minute bookings (less than 24 hours).
Step 3: Airport Transfer
We offer transfers from Bratislava Airport (EUR 10) or Vienna International Airport (EUR 40). The price is per transfer (not per person), i.e. up to 4 guests. Please indicate your preference in your booking request.
Step 4: Arrival
If you accept our transfer offer a member of our staff will take you from the airport straight to the apartment. If you arrive independently you will be met by our staff at the apartment. She/he will greet you and help to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Please buzz the designated entry phone on arrival as our staff usually wait inside the apartment.

As a general rule our preferred arrival time is from 1 pm. This is due to the fact that the usual departure time of the previous guests is 11 am. The apartment is then thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival. However, we will do our best to accommodate the guests' earlier arrival (or later departure) if possible.
Children
Children under 6 years of age stay free of charge and those between 6-12 years pay EUR 10. A baby cot is available on request.
Guests and Code of Conduct
The guests staying in the apartment must be those indicated in your reservation e-mail. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate termination of the reservation contract without any refund. Guests are requested to maintain a "good neighbour" code of conduct, avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behaviour which may disturb neighbours.
Cancellation Policy
We cannot be responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that a confirmed booking has been made, we, unfortunately, have to require compensation due to lost revenue and to cover our costs.
Cancellation 8 to 14 days before arrival: 20% of the whole stay
No show or cancellation 7 days before arrival: whole stay charge.
In rare cases apartments may no longer be available after a booking has been made. This might happen for varying reasons from water damage to unscheduled emergency building works. In this case we will attempt to re-accommodate our guests in suitable accommodation of our own at a price identical to the original agreed. In the case our own accommodation is not available we will make sure we will find alternative accommodation. In the case re-accommodation is impossible we guarantee a full refund.
