THE BOOKING PROCESS

Please read carefully the information below regarding the booking process

 

Step 1: e-mail confirmation

 

Once we receive your request we will check availability and send you an e-mail confirming the booking. Attached will be a booking document that contains:

  1. the address of the apartment
  2. the total cost
  3. payment details (in particular the payment of the deposit)
  4. arrival/departure times
  5. booking conditions
  6. contact details

Please print out this attachment and bring with you for your convenience.

 

Step 2: deposit payment and booking confirmation

 

Bratislava Apartments requires a 25% deposit to confirm your booking. Prices and apartment availability will be guaranteed ONLY when a 25% deposit payment is received and confirmation is issued. No deposit is required for last minute bookings (1 day or less).

 

Pay your deposit in four easy steps:

  1. Shortly after receiving the confirmation email we will send you a Paypal deposit payment request via e-mail
  2. Click on the link in the e-mail
  3. Pay the deposit as advised
  4. You’ll pay the outstanding balance (75% of the total) on arrival either in euro or Slovak Koruna.

Paypal owned by eBay is a web based payment system that enables any individual or business with an email address to securely, easily and quickly send and receive payments online. It is available in 56 countries and regions around the world, buyers and sellers on eBay, online retailers, online businesses, as well as traditional offline businesses are transacting with PayPal.

 

Please note an email confirmation is not booking confirmation. Email confirmation only confirms the availability of accommodation. Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of paypal payment.

 

Step 3: transfer from the airport

 

While all our competitors charge €12-15 for a single journey from the Bratislava Airport and €50-55 for the transfer from Vienna International Airport we are pleased to offer you the transport to our apartments for the most competitive prices in Bratislava:

Step 4: arrival

 

Should you accept our transfer offer the member of our staff will take you from the airport or bus/train station straight to the apartment. Should you arrive independently you will be met by our staff at the apartment. She/he will greet you and help to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Please buzz the designated entry phone on arrival as our staff usually waits at the apartment. You'll pay the rest (75% of balance) upon arrival.

 

PREFERRED ARRIVAL TIME: from 1pm
PREFERRED DEPARTURE TIME: by 11am

 

As a general rule our preferred arrival time is from 1 pm. This is due to the fact that the usual departure time of the previous guests around 11 am. The apartment is then cleaned and prepared for your arrival. However, we will do our best to accommodate the guests' earlier arrival (or later departure) if possible.

 

Cancellation

 

Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are subject to a loss of the 25% deposit payment. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are subject to a loss of 100% payment. The apartment owners will send a payment request via Paypal and require you to kindly pay the outstanding balance promptly.

 

Discounts

  • 10% discount for stays from 7 nights
  • 15% discount for stays from 14 nights
  • 20% discount for stays from 30 nights

Children

 

Children below 6 years stay free of charge and 30% reduction is granted to children between 6-12 years old. Cot is available free of charge on request.

 

Guests and code of conduct

 

The guests in the apartment must be those indicated in your reservation e-mail. Disregarding these conditions leads to the immediate breaking of the contract without a refund. Guests are expected to maintain a "good neighbour" code of conduct avoiding loud music, shouting, making noise and other behaviour which may disturb neighbours.

 

Other

 

In case of damages to the apartments, which do not develop in the context of the normal use, the guest agrees to be responsible for the damage.
