A: All apartments are priced per apartment for up to 2 guests on a nightly basis, providing a cost effective alternative to equivalent standard hotels. Any additional guest pays 20 euro per night.
Q: Do the prices include taxes?
A: Yes, they do. All the prices listed in our web site www.bratislava-apartments.com are in euros and after all taxes.
Q: How and when do I get the keys to the apartment?
A: Should you accept our transfer offer the member of our staff will take you from the airport straight to the apartment. Should you arrive independently you will be met by our staff at the apartment. She/he will greet you and help to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Please buzz the designated entry phone on arrival as our staff usually waits at the apartment.
Q: When can I check-in/check-out?

As a general rule our preferred arrival time is from 1 pm. This is due to the fact that the usual departure time of the previous guests around 11 am. The apartment is then cleaned and prepared for your arrival. However, we will do our best to accommodate the guests' earlier arrival (or later departure) if possible.
Q: If I want to extend my stay, how can I do it?
A: Please contact us to check availability. Providing the apartment is available on the dates that you wish to extend, this is easy to arrange. If your apartment is unavailable, we will make every effort to offer you an alternative. When you book if you think there is a possibility your stay will be extended, please let us know so when we take further bookings this will be taken into consideration.
Q: Can I cancel my reservation?
A: If you do need to cancel a reservation, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to re-book the apartment. Last minute cancellations mean lost revenues and are not subject to refund.
Q: Do children get a discount?
A: Children are very welcome. Children below 6 years stay free of charge and 30% reduction is granted to children between 6-12 years. Remember, the additional guests stay for EUR20 and therefore your child could stay for as little as EUR14. If you have a baby or you need to prepare special food you may find Bratislava Apartments to be especially convenient.
Q: Do you provide cots?
A: Yes, we can provide a cot at no extra cost. Please do not forget to make note of it in the reservation request.

A: Yes, directly outside it. As our apartments are situated in the city centre of Bratislava, you’ll pay SKK10 for an hour between 8am-4pm Monday-Friday.

A: The drive from the airport in a taxi is about 20 minutes.
Q: What happens if I have a problem on arrival?
A: If you have any problems on arrival then you can contact us and we will endeavour to assist with all matters. When we confirm your reservation you will be issued with an out of hours emergency contact number so that whatever time of day you will be able to contact us in the event of a problem.
Q: What is the minimum length of accommodation?
A: We are happy to consider requests for as short as one night stays. Bookings are subject to availability.
Q: What is the maximum occupancy?
A: The maximum occupancy is four guests per apartment. You are responsible for not exceeding the maximum occupancy and you can be ask to leave the property if you overlook this requirement.
Q: Are there extra charges for gas, electricity or water?
A: No, there are no additional charges for gas, electricity or water.
Q: How often are the apartments cleaned?
A: The rental includes the initial thorough cleaning just prior to arrival to our apartments. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, we offer our cleaning services for an additional cost of €15 per cleaning that includes a complete cleaning and change of towels and sheets (about 2 hours of cleaning). There may be a charge if the apartment is left excessively dirty. We expect you to leave the apartment tidy without any excessive dirt. Thank you.
Q: What happens if I break something?
A: Please be honest with us. Call Bratislava Apartments as soon as possible to assess the damage. We will do our best to try and fix or replace the item/s and reach a decision if there is any charge incurred.
Q: Do the apartments have internet access?
A: We offer unlimited access to broadband internet and a brand new laptop for an insignificant fee of EUR 2 per day. The laptop available is equipped with a DVD, CD-writer, Word, Excel etc. This service allows our business guests to work at home in their convenience and our tourist guests to browse the web or download the photos from their digital cameras and send them to their families and friends straight away. We believe this fantastic and cost efficient service will greatly improve comfort of your guests. For your illustration, prices at most internet cafés in Bratislava are from SKK 60 (EUR 1.57) to SKK 120 (EUR 3.15) per hour.
